Does anyone know where I can quickly find a hi-res scan of a strip of medium format frames similar to this sample?

A client wants me to make up a strip like this using 5 of her photos and she needs it RUSH. I need to get it to the photolab within the next several hours but I don’t have a transparency scanner. <frown>

I might be able to make it work with a strip of 35mm frames, but she emailed me this sample as a guide, saying she wants five photos in the strip.
