In Photoshop everything is o.k, but when I go to ImageReady, and load that .psd file, a i have noticed that the gradient is poor, only whith few red colors in it.

Don’t save a gradient using GIF. GIF allows only a limited number of colors. Each shade of a color counts as a separate color.

im using GIF (256
colors), no..i’m not using dithering… etc. So Why is this happening.

If you use GIF with no dithering, you can expect your gradients to become banded.

you will noitced that compresion from "Save for
web" is better then ordinary "Save as JPG"… why is that?

Save As… will, by default, put extra information–such as icons, preview thumbnails, and color profiles–into the file. The icon, thumbnail, color profile, and so on all make the file bigger.
