Are the Help Files in the Photoshop Program folder? They should be HTML files.

Update to 7.0.1.

I can see the help files (html) in the folder, clicking on the help button will not fetch the help section.

Thanks

Have you tried Trashing/Resetting the Preferences as per the FAQs?

Seems to me this Help problem was discussed some time ago, but I can’t remember what was said. Photoshop no longer uses that method.

What web browser do you use? Is it set as the default? That might be the problem.

Are you sure it’s set as the Default? Tools>Internet Options…Programs tab.

I use Firefox. Never had a problem.

Tues, 8:35 AM, I was able to get online with Adobe. I had failed to select the browser. Thanks a bunch. My next big project is to update this Photoshop 7.0 to 7.0.1
