I’ve got a few crash issues with my newly purchased Adobe software and can’t find any tech support. What’s the best method for finding help from Adobe?

Tried the online method with absolutely no response, tried the telephone and got sent to India with someone who I found impossible to understand (I don’t speak Indian). I sure do like Adobe products when they work, but it doesn’t seem to work very often for me.

Did you post your problems details here? This is the best source of free support. Adobe will charge for support (unless they discover that they are the cause of the problem, and not some specific peculiarities of your machine configuration, as is usually the case). (Installation issues are free, I believe.)

Except on weekends which sucks for home users.

However, I still agree with Don. Post your (software) problem here. Gobbs of people here who can help.
