Creating a logo action for different pic orientations

Hello All,

I need to create a photoshop action to add a logo to pictures of different
orientations (Portrait and/or Landscape).

When I create the original action on a portrait pic and apply it to a group of photos i have taken. If the pic size or orientation is different the logo is not in the intended place. How do you guys deal with this?

Any help or direction would be appreciated?
