I guess I’m behind the times still using 7.0 but I do plan to get an upgrade later this summer. Anyway, I had to reinstall it after I had some work done on my pc and now it seems I can’t open those new images I worked on. Get an error message saying "IE encountered a problem and needs to close down." Get that message when I try to open the new folder. My other images are OK because they were older files. Do you think my disk somehow got damaged? Anybody else get that same message? I guess I could try reinstalling it. Thanks.

I don’t understand what IE has to do with it.

Reinstalling probably won’t do any good. How exactly are you trying to open theses files? By double-clicking on them?

joann: Have you installed the 7.01 updater?
