Thanks for your reply. That fixed the problem but I don’t understand how the New Doc Size.psp file got corrupted in the first place.

hard to say, could be any number of things. did you edit it manually? if so maybe you saved it in a bad format, otherwise, just random file corruption… glad you’re working though.
