Have any of you had success using the Background Eraser tool? It is supposed to work by concentrating only on pixels of a certain color. If the background is one color and the surrounding area is a different color, it turns the background pixels transparent. I have trouble, because the color separation between the two fields is never that complete. I did make it work by creating an artificial situation with a strong red area surrounded by a strong blue area, but how often do you encounter that in real life?
