PSE installs all help files at Program Files>Common Files>Adobe>Help but [by default] access the internet for help.
I am often without internet access and would like to access the local help files by default.
How do I redirect PSE7 to use my local help files and not go to the internet?

Are you sure it’s accessing the internet? The PSE help files are HTML files, and PS uses the web browser to access them. Check the web address it’s accessing.
