You will need to design your own grid by drawing lines & using the ruler scales for properspacing on a new file with no background. Then save it as a psd file.
Whenever you want to use it you can drag it onto your photo as a new layer and then print the photo. The grid will print out on the photo, but since it is on it’s own layer, it won’t alter the photo itself, unless you flatten the image. It will then become a permanent part of the photo. The blue guide lines that you can drag out and use as guides won’t print, so you can’t use them for this purpose. There’s no way to make them print.
