Can’t access Adobe web site

For some unknown reason when I try to access any part of Adobe’s site I get the full houglass icon after about 15 seconds, then I have to abort IE with Ctrl-Alt-Delete to escape. This just started recently. Virus and malware scans don’t turn up anything. Any ideas?
