I "upgraded" from PSE 3 to 6 and now find I cannot resize images. Wita photo selected I go to resize and can NOT select pixel dimensions. In the document size box if I change the resolution the width and height change dramatically. If I try to change them the resolution changes. I had no problem in PSE 3. What is going on?
