The help dropdown or pressing F1 does not work.
Reinstalled did not change.
How can I get the the help menu.

Uninstall. Turn off all running processes. Especially your antivirus. See if it helps when you re-install.
I use a program I found a long time ago called End It All that ends all processes. I’m not sure where to find it today.
