I am using XP Home and have PSCS3. When I try to open JPG or Tiff Files with the "file>open as" command and then set the file format to CR, it sometimes works and opens the image as CR and other times not. Sometimes I get the error message "could not complete your request because the file-format module cannot parse the file". What does that mean? I can’t figure out a pattern for which files it works on and which it doesn’t, but this neat trick is certainly inconsistent for me. Any idea? Thanks.
