I have Photoshop Elements 5.
Sometimes the files dont get updated. Despite the fact that I right click in the organizer and say "Add unmanaged files", it comes back with the message that there are no new unmanaged files to add. I have discovered that if I rename the files eg. if they are called abcd.nef and rename them abcd1.nef that PE will then "FIND" the new files. Its like they were put into the catalog but the organizer doesnt see them.
Has anyone seen this or know how to resolve it. I wonder how many pictures are out there not being seen by the organizer?
