Have Photoshop ELEMENTS 3.0 with Photoshop Album.
Want to move all the ALBUM files and all the current Tags and organized piuctures to an exrternal HD so that when I open PS – ALBUM from my new Laptop with this external HD, I will see exactly the same configuration in the External HD as it was on my original internal "C" drive on the older Laptop.
Thank you for a clear explanation of what exactly should I do….
