Batch process cutting files names to 27chars

hi,

The title says it all really. Adobe Photoshop 6.
I have set up a batch precess to resize my files and the output files names are being truncated to 27 characters.

Can anyone tell me if there is a solution for this.

I dont want to rename all the images as they are a custoemrs and it will only confuse matters.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

It’s making the filenames Mac-compatible (don’t forget the characters for the file extension when you count the number of characters).
