Urgent: CS3 Workflow : Pixs from Bridge Cropping, Add metadata and saving to folder

What is the workflow in CS3 to get a batch of digital photos downloaded and automatically going into bridge, cropped, metadata added and saved into a folder?

I believe CS3 has much more capabilities than CS2 in doing this , right?

I really need to know the steps for the above. Thanks!
