I have some photos that are distorted (because of the camera lens) making them looking slightly "fish-eye" and would like to correct this.
I’m using Photoshop Elements 2.0 on the Mac.

I’ve tried the various tools in the "Image"-"Transform" menu, but they only seem to allow me to transform the whole image while I want to "stretch" or "slim" a certain part of the image.

Are there any (free) plug-ins or good techniques for doing this?
