PSE5 annoyance with Save As

When saving I get the Included in Organizer and Save in Version set automatically checked. I don’t want that so I uncheck it. When I do that with next photo those come up checked again. The unchecking does not stick.
How do I overcome this so when I uncheck it stays that way till I check it again?
