Photoshop Elements 5.0: Undo Icon on Shortcut Bar

I can’t figure out how to get the UNDO icon on the shortcut bar. Is there a way of customizing the shortcut bar to include frequently used commands?

It was the first thing I missed too, having just upgraded from PSE2! I can’t understand why it’s not on the toolbar anyway but also why not let users add it manually?

Why not just hit CTL+Z ??
