PS 4 on windows xp home. Lots of Ram & drive. Custom computer 6 mos old . The anamation tool button on the file drop down stays grayed out. I can not find any instructions for its use or activation.Can it be used with word power point 2003.

I assume you’re referring to PS Elements. This is the Photoshop forum. Elements is down the hall two doors on your right.

No, I’m referring to Photoshop. Check your Window menu for an Animation palette. This used to be done in ImageReady, but as of CS2 (I believe) it’s available in Photoshop.

Except the OP specifically mentions PS 4. That has to be Elements.
