ALL CAPITALS = annoying, hard to read and not cool.

Think of my previous reply as advice that will help you in the long run. At the risk of stating something you may already know: Online, typing in all-capitals is analogous to shouting. People don’t like to be shouted at. Plus, all-caps are just plain hard to read.

Now, as for your actual question: When there are light reflections which contain little-to-no actual color information (you can check with your Eyedropper Tool)—such as the white glints off of silver eyeglasses frames or lenses—there is nothing you can do short of manually repainting the blown out areas, or compositing in alternate images which do contain image data.
