Snap to grid in PE4

Anyone having problems with "snap to grid" in PE4? I turned it off, but it’s still snapping!

Jeff,

I was going to answer you "no", but then I tried it. PSE 4 usually obeys my "snap to grid" setting, but sometimes it snaps even when I turn it off. I don’t know why, just wanted to confirm that I am also seeing this problem.

At times when I turn off "snap to grid" it may stop snapping to all the grid lines, but it still snaps to the edge of other objects. Other times, it snaps to nogthing. Strange.
