How do I create a vignette in PE3?

Hi,
Use elliptical marquee tool in an oval shape and select the part of the photo you want to remain visible. Then go to Select-Feather and enter 35 or more pixels (the higher the number, the softer the edge). Then go to Select-Inverse. Doing this selects everything except the area you want to keep intact. Now press Backspace to remove the background area. Because of the feathering, the edges are soft creating the vignette effect.
