I have many many filters and brushes; my filters, when clicked, have an arrow i can scroll down with to view ALL my filters. WHen i click the arrow to switch brush sets, it opens up and takes up my WHOLE screen. I can only see up the the letter L, that’s not even half my brush collection! How do i view my brushes in a way I can scroll through the sets and pick from ANY of them, not just the ones that fit on the screen.

Open the Presets Manager and start weeding!

Remember, you don’t need more than one or two instances of each brush. You can increase the size of a brush "on the fly" using the square bracket keys and alter the hardness/softness with Shift+square bracket keys.

You can also pop your most-used brushes into the "Tool Presets" for easy access.
