I tried making a creation as a full bleed book but have problems with the printed output from Kodak. If I export my book as a PDF file everything looks great. But when I Order Online, Kodak sends my book and the images are enlarged to the point that 1/2 inch of my document is lost on all edges.
I talked to Kodak many times. Eventually, a supervisor indicated that he could see my files, they were in a PDF format and looked good, but that their printing process does not support it.
Seems to me the Adobe Photoshop Servies provided by Kodak EasyShare Gallery don’t work. (At least for a full bleed book). Has anyone else had this problem? At this point I don’t think they intend to fix it.
