A colleague of mine recently had her work computer re-imaged. A dialog box or text field appears when she clicks the text tool instead of being able to enter the text normally.

This has been happening ever since the box was re-imaged. Shes tried trashing the prefs, but it has not fixed the problem.
Has anyone encountered this and how can it be corrected?
