Possible bug in Elements 3.0 & 3.01

I’m running Windows XP (All updated and patched) and Elements 3.0/3.01 and when I try to process multiple files, it hangs and just runs the heck out of my hard drive. After 10 minutes of trying to shutdown the operation, I get one file out of 10+ that was processed. I’m trying to reduce the size of the files, from 1600 X 1200 to 640 X 480 and they are already renamed and converted to jpeg before I start. The single file that did process was huge! Over 24megs. I tried it at home on my personal computer running Elements 2.0 and it worked fine, took less than a minute. I have alot of photos to reduce and really need this feature to work.

Are you doing this using Process Multiple Files in Editor or by using Export in Organizer?
