I am trying to make a contact sheet with nine pictures. I opened the pics. I get the message that some of them were skipped because the format was unsupported. THey are all JPegs, but only one picture goes into the contact sheet. What should I be looking for?

Which version of PSE do you have?
Can you open any of the "bad" pictures normally?

Yes . they will open. I have PSE #, windows versionl
