Photoshop Elements doesn’t show HP 3330 under "import" to scan docs.

Anyone have a fix for this? I recently bought an iMac G5, reinstalled my existing Photoshop Elements, tried to scan using my hp 3330 all in one, went under "import", and the hp 3330 wasn’t listed.

Under File>Import do you have a listing for "Twain"?

Which did you install first on your new computer, PSE or the scanner?

The HP 3330 was already installed on my G5 iMac when I got it. PSE was later. No, there isn’t a TWAIN listing on PSE.

I know I have to have PSE installed first, and then when I install the drivers for my Epson scanner, it shows up. Doing the scanner first and then Elements doesn’t work. You might want to uninstall both and reinstall in reverse order; that’s what I had to do when I had the same problem after wiping my drive and reinstalling everything. I forgot the "rule"! 🙂
