wrong thumbnail image in browser

In elements 3 when using the browser It shows the wrong picture for several of my images it opens the correct image but the thumbnail is wrong. Any help please.

First off, have you done a catalog recover lately? If not, try that. [File/Catalog/Recover]

Then, failing that, select the errant images and right-click and choose Update Thumbnail.
