OK, I posted the two links below in the ACR forum, but haven’t heard back. I wonder if other PSE’ers are experiencing the same things:

Both issues have forced me back to ACR 2.4. Do any of you experience these same issues?

Is anyone using ACR 3.1? Anyone see these problems?

OK, the 19.7% preview issue has been verified. It’s a bug.

Anyone else concerned about "Auto" settings changing on already-processed images when you switch to a new ACR version? I’ve reverted back to ACR 2.4 for that reason.
