how do i combine images?

Hi I just got my digital camera and I wanted to combine two images but i don’t know how. Specifically I want to take a part of a pic of my mom and crop it into the shape of the sunglasses on another pic. How do i do this and make it look like a natural reflection

Here is a photoshop tutorial that does what you want:

I know elements does not have the pen tool, but you have other options for selections. I am not sure if the rest of the technique is all elements friendly.

This should give you an idea of where to start anyway.
