Red cast on prints

Prints thru Elements 2 have red colour cast; screen colour accurate! Cannon Powershot A95, Cannon i350 printer. Photos manipulated through Elements then printed thru printer program OK! Can Elements be tailored to correct? ("Ignore EXIF Color Space" has no effect)
