Screen too large in the creation set up dialog

When I try to open the create set up, the screen opens so wide that the control buttons at the bottom of the screen are not visable or accesable. Does anyone have a solution? I am using Windows XP with a 17 inch flat screen monitor.

The minimum resolution is 1024 X 768. Do you have your monitor set lower by any chance?

Thanks, I did reset the monitor and it now works well.
