Does anyone know if there is a filter available that will work with PSE3 to change a photo into a coloring book type image? Help appreciated!

Here's a little recipe for a quick colouring book effect :
- Image / Mode / Grayscale
- Filter / Sketch / Photocopy, then lower Darkness, raise Detail just a bit (adjust as you see fit).
- If result is not ok, Filter / Adjustments / Threshold, move the cursor to the right until desired effect is obtained.
