Hello,
I’m new to Photoshop Elements 3.0 and I’d like to figure out how I can make a photograph look like it’s a painting. I’ve seen lots of filters, but I’m not sure which to use to accomplish this effect. It’s a photo of a small house, and I’d just like it to look like it’s a painting on canvas.
Could someone be kind enough to provide the necessary steps ?
