Batch Resize photos, without asking for Jpeg Option every times

Hi

How can i
Batch Resize photos,
include sub-directory, <– if can
include EXIF metadata <- important,
(Do not ask me again and again the Jpeg Option, <– set all to 8 quality is okay)

i have try Action, automate,
but this method can not save the output to their subfolder, and the most important is It ask me every time when saving Jpeg Qualty !!

Don’t use P.elements for batch resize. I use "IrfanView" that does a good job of batch resize. IrfanView is or was free for download on the WEB
