Hide Artboard?

Just got CS3 but still don’t see a way to hide the black line PS puts around the image area. Illustrator calls this the "artboard" i think and you have been able to hide it for years. Most every other app same thing. Am I just missing where to find this feature or is PS still not giving us a way to show just my image with no border? Thanks for the help.
