I can not install Photoshop CS3

Dear Sirs,
I tried to install Adobe Photoshop CS3 on PC with Windows XP SP2. I double-clicked on setup.exe and installation began with progressive bar on my desktop. But after few seconds the progressive bar disappeared and my installation stopped without any errors. I tried this setup several times but the situation is the same. Can you help me to solve this issue ?

Is this an install from a CD, or a downloaded file.

(You can get free tech support from Adobe on installation issues.)

Hi Don, I installed Adobe Photoshop from original installation CD, I have a license for this software.
