Hello,

I cannot solve this issue.

I have masked man in composition (layer + mask) and i want legs to make longer.

select legs with lasso optionT and boom> only layer transforms without mask simultaneously:( mask is linked.

Is there any solution??

Thanks,

Z

Masked Man. Lasso. All we need now is Tonto.

Ah! Memories. 🙂

Okay. Enough of the Lone Ranger. You could try "Apply Mask" or "Convert to Smart Object" before transforming.

It seems you can’t transform only part of a Smart Object, though.

Before Transforming the layer, save the lassoed selection. After Transforming the layer, re-load the saved selection, go to the Layer Mask, and Transform Again (Shift+Ctrl+T).

u can’t select fragment only when smart object.

I want to see stuff later where mask is (natural shadows).

John, U are right!

it is enough to leave selection active, then jusp to the mask and Transform Again.

Nice tip, thanks,

Have you tried saving the selection while it is marching ants form?
