Presets for Save for Web according to specific file sizes

Hi!
I would like to know whether it’s possible to save presets in the save for web dialogue acoording to specific file sizes. I’ve tried putting the file size in the dialogue box that pops up from the small arrow on the right. But when I try to save this, it only saves the jpeg quality and not the file size limit preference. Does anyone know if this is possible to do in Photoshop CS2?
