Hi i am using a tutorial to make something in photoshop cs2 and it is this: <http://photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/orbs/orbs.htm> and if you scroll down a bit till you get to big lettering that says "step 2" and then in the sub steps look at step 7 what is ment by the "cylindrical gradient tool" because i cant seem to find it anywere in the program.

Thanks Ryan

I don’t know what it (or something similar) might be called in other applications but in CS3 it’s called the Reflective Gradient.

A tutorial at: < http://www.photographyjam.com/articles/52/the-tilt-shift-min iature-fake-technique-in-photoshop-cs-a-simple-how-to?pg=2>

certainly refers to it as the cylindrical gradient tool 8\

With the gradient tool selected, look at the options bar at the top of the screen – the 4th. icon along is the reflrcted gradient.

Maybe Len’s newsreader doesn’t see images. I’ve noticed some strange, repetitive answers from Bob too!

The mods should get on the web!

Well, if folks would include a link to images in addition to using an <img src=""> we would know there was an image there…

….and if we used a browser we’d never manage to get through all the posts!

As a Mod you should be able to read posts as they are visible to the public.

Otherwise I would be able to post indecent images like this one:

If you grab that picture, zoom in to 300%, bump up the midtone curve a little and look really closely, you can see Phil Spector peeping in through the window.

Phil Spector

If he were in the image, there would be a ton of reverb too.
