Assertion Error (ImageReady 7.0)

So I’ve scoured this board looking at every fix for the assertion error, but none of them will work. I’ve deleted the Reg Key ‘Save For Web 3.0’ ; no luck. I’ve reset preferences as best I could; no go there. PS ImageReady seems to absolutely not want me to save my file in any way shape or form….but PS 7 works no problem.

Any suggestions?
