Vista x64 Maximizing animation graphic

This visual problem isn’t that important but one that is annoying.

When maximizing Photoshop CS3 from the taskbar at a minimized state it should do a smooth animation, instead it promptly puts up the menus first then animates the window afterwards. It doesn’t do this in LightRoom. So it must be an oversite of the Photoshop CS3 development team. I hope you guys fix this.

It "does not" state that it is for Vista x86 only. It states Vista is supported. period. It works fine thank you.
I’m addressing the Areo enviroment which is also part of the lowly 32 bit versions.
