When I close an image that is in "Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar" and I have no other images open, I get two option bars at the top of my maximized CS3 window. Invisible menus are present on the topmost option bar, and functional as normal, so I think this is just a screen redraw problem. It is annoying, though. The workaround is for me to unmaximize and then remaximize the app.
