Hi. The new multilevel keyword support for Bridge 2.1 (CS3) means:
I can write food|vegetable|broccoli into the keywords field, and Bridge will show it hierarchically organized like:
– Food
– – vegetable
– – – broccoli
Bridge can also write new keywords into the file, using that style and thus conserving the hierarchical order. As a separating character, you can take |, /, \ or :.
This seems handy, but my BIG PROBLEM: No other program or image sharing website interprets food|vegetable|broccoli as three different (let alone hierarchical) keywords. The other programs or websites see only one long bizarre keyword here.
Is that right? Is there no way to write hierarchical keywords right into the image files in a way, that older, other programs still recognize the individual keywords?
I tried commas and blank spaces in addition to the separating characters, but that doesnt fully help. Any onward help highly appreciated.
Thanks!
