Hi..

Sometimes when i open a new file the automatic mode is a "clipboard" compared with usually than the "custom" is opening.
Also, at usually tats the program O.K (with "custom") the mode "clipboard" can’t working.

What could have cause this problem happen?

Details:

Windows xp sp2 – English.
Photoshop cs – English.

Thanking you in anticipation,

It’s not a problem. If you have image data on the clipboard, Photoshop assumes you want to Paste it into your new document and thus sets up one of the correct size for you to Paste into.

Some people find it quite convenient.

Here the problem – i have not image data on the clipboard. What happening is that i open a new file like always and sometimes the window with the presets suddenly changing.

The most disturber me is the color mode which changing to "grayscale".

Thanks.

Only happens to me when I have Image Data on the Clipboard.

Try Edit>Purge. If it says Clipboard there’s data there. Purge it and go to File>New. What happens?
