I was wondering whats the best way to scale a large image say A2 to A6 and try to keep as much detail as possible.

I thought the best way was in incremental stages in percentages, as im sure I see a tutorial on the web a while ago.. ?

Does anyone know?

Use Bicubic Sharper in a single step to downsample, Bicubic Smoother in a single step to upsample. Forget what you read.

[Doing it in increments multiplies the re-sampling artifacts.]

Do your Output Sharpening on the down-sized file.

Right, but nevertheless, use Bicubic Sharper to downsample.
